For clients who expect more—and respect the experience that delivers it.
At Kerry Spindler Bespoke Aesthetics Spa, we’re committed to providing personalized, high-quality care in a setting that feels calm, respectful, and safe. Our Spa Policies & Etiquette ensure your visit runs smoothly—and that every client receives the time and attention they deserve—please review the following policies.
Appointments
We work by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins. All bookings must be scheduled in advance through our online booking system.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will incur a $50 service charge.

If you’re running late, please notify us. Arriving more than 10 minutes past your scheduled time may result in a shortened or forfeited service.

If multiple cancellations take place, we reserve the right to restrict your ability to book appointments with 100% of the service fee being collected ahead of your appointment. This will be non-refundable.

We also reserve the right to restrict total access from booking, or services should our policies and spa etiquette not be honored.
Right to Refuse Service
Our practitioners are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients. We reserve the right to refuse service or discontinue future appointments for any behavior that is inappropriate, disruptive, or violates personal or professional boundaries. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive or inappropriate communications, repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling, and conduct that interferes with the practitioner’s ability to provide care within scheduled appointment times. Clients who excessively reschedule or cancel with little notice may lose the ability to rebook future appointments. Decisions to refuse service are made at the discretion of the practitioner to protect the well-being, safety, and privacy of both clients and staff.
Arrival Time
Please arrive a few minutes early to allow yourself time to settle in. New clients should complete any required intake forms before the appointment begins. You can learn more about what to expect during your visit.
Health Considerations
We ask that you reschedule if you are feeling unwell, have a cold, flu, sunburn, active cold sore, or any contagious skin condition such as pink eye. We work in close proximity, and your health—and ours—is a top priority.

If you are undergoing cancer treatment or recovering from medical conditions, we recommend the Warrior Glow Facial as a safe and restorative option.
Clients with vertigo will have to lay semi-flat in order for services to be rendered. If you are suffering with vertigo, we ask that you reschedule when you feel better.
If you are claustrophobic, please tell your Practitioner as there are services, treatment and relaxing techniques that will be modified to accommodate any sensitivities.
Privacy & Phones
To maintain a tranquil environment, we ask that all mobile devices be silenced during your visit. Out of respect for client confidentiality, photos and videos are not permitted in the treatment space. We discuss this philosophy further on Barefaced by Kerry.
Children & Guests
Our treatment environment is reserved for clients only. We kindly ask that children and additional guests do not accompany you to your appointment unless medically necessary.
Payment & Gratuity
We accept all major credit cards, FSA/HSA cards for qualifying services, and contactless payments. Learn more about which services qualify. Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated for exceptional care.
Respectful Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone displaying disrespectful or inappropriate behavior. Our space is built on mutual respect—please help us uphold it.

Product & Service Purchases/Refunds
All services are 100% non-refundable.
All product sales are final. However, if a product arrives damaged or causes an adverse reaction, you have 5 days from the date of purchase to request a replacement or return. We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will evaluate each situation with care.If you have questions or need help selecting skincare products tailored to your goals, we’re always happy to guide you.

We will never trade, sell, rent, or share addresses or any other personal information with anyone. Any information obtained is used to process your purchase or maintain your client file only.
