Our refund returns policy for products are 7 days.
There are NO REFUNDS on any services rendered.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
GIFT CARDS are exempt from being returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
To complete your product return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will credit you for the purchase price via the way you paid for it initially. You are also welcome to a merchandise credit.
Credit card returns may not show up on your statement for 7-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged within 7 business days.
