Our focus is on delivering precision, clinical-level results and concierge care — not quick specials or cookie-cutter treatments. Each service is tailored exclusively to your skin, backed by advanced expertise and national recognition. Our basic facial is $120, thoughtfully priced to reflect the quality, personalization, and safety you receive from the very first visit. If your priority is finding the lowest price, a franchise or express-style facial bar may feel like a better fit. If, however, you value trusted expertise and a long-term partner and coach in your skin health, our Spa is designed for you.

All services are by appointment only. Because our treatments are fully customized and reserved exclusively for each client, we are unable to accommodate walk-ins. Booking ahead ensures you receive the time, attention, and precision care you deserve.

Your practitioner will guide you in creating a care plan tailored to your goals and skin condition. Many clients who prioritize their skin health rebook every 4–6 weeks to maintain consistent results. Others prefer to come every 12 weeks or at least with each change of season, allowing us to prepare the skin for shifts in weather and environmental stressors. The right frequency depends on your skin’s needs and your long-term goals — and we’ll help you find the best rhythm.

We recommend waiting a minimum of 2 weeks after Botox or other injectable treatments before scheduling a facial. This allows the product to fully settle and reduces the risk of shifting or uneven results. After that period, you can safely resume facials and advanced skincare treatments. If you are ever unsure, we encourage you to check with your injector as well.

We recommend discontinuing retinol, prescription-strength topicals, and other strong active products (such as glycolic, salicylic, or lactic acids) for at least 3–5 days before your facial. This helps prevent unnecessary irritation and allows us to treat your skin safely and effectively. If your skin is particularly sensitive or you’re using prescription medication, please let us know so we can adjust your treatment plan accordingly.

es. As an oncology-certified paramedical esthetician and melanoma survivor, Kerry specializes in safe, supportive treatments for clients currently undergoing or recovering from cancer care. Our Warrior Glow Facial was created specifically for compromised skin, focusing on hydration, barrier repair, and gentle healing without irritation. Every treatment is personalized to your needs, with full consideration of your medical history, medications, and skin condition. We take great care in creating a comfortable, restorative experience that supports both your skin health and overall well-being.

No — you don’t need to worry about removing your makeup ahead of time. Unlike express facials or one-size-fits-all treatments, our services are full-service and personalized. Every facial begins with a meticulous triple cleanse to ensure your skin is perfectly prepared for treatment. This allows us to work on a truly clean canvas and deliver the best possible results for your skin.

Redness after a facial varies depending on the type of treatment and your skin’s sensitivity. With most of our facials, any mild redness typically subsides within a few hours. If your treatment involved more intensive exfoliation, extractions, or advanced technologies, you may notice lingering pinkness for up to several days. This is a normal response as your skin is healing, renewing and repairing. We’ll always guide you on what to expect for your specific treatment and how to care for your skin afterward for the best recovery.

For best results, we recommend scheduling your final facial 7–10 days before your wedding. This allows your skin time to fully calm, settle, and glow — without the risk of last-minute redness or sensitivity. Many brides also work with us on a customized care plan in the months leading up to their big day to address specific concerns such as breakouts, pigmentation, or overall skin radiance. If you’re newly engaged, it’s never too early to begin your bridal skin journey — we’ll design a timeline to ensure your complexion is at its very best when you walk down the aisle.

here isn’t a “perfect age” — facials can benefit skin at every stage of life. Many clients begin professional treatments in their teens to manage acne and build healthy habits early. In your 20s and 30s, facials support prevention, hydration, and maintaining skin balance. By your 40s and beyond, advanced treatments can target concerns like fine lines, pigmentation, and loss of firmness. The best time to start is when you’re ready to make skin health a priority — and we’ll create a personalized plan that evolves with you.

Yes. Men’s skin is biologically different from women’s — it tends to be thicker, oilier, and more prone to enlarged pores and ingrown hairs. To work in harmony with these differences, our facials for men are formulated with higher concentrations of active ingredients and tailored techniques that deeply cleanse, decongest, and restore balance.

We offer specialized treatments such as our ManKind: Clean + Groom facial, and for clients with facial hair, the ManKind Beard Boost treatment — designed to clarify the skin beneath the beard, soften coarse hair, and minimize ingrowns for a healthier complexion and well-groomed look.

Yes. We offer safe, customized facials for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. During these times, your skin can be more sensitive, so we carefully select gentle, nourishing products and avoid ingredients that aren’t recommended, such as retinol or certain acids. Our focus is on keeping you comfortable, relaxed, and glowing while supporting your skin’s natural balance. Please let us know if you’re expecting or nursing when booking, so we can tailor your treatment for safety and results.

It is not recommended to do a vagina steam while you have an IUD. The reason is that the heat and steam can increase circulation and potentially cause the cervix to soften or dilate slightly. This may raise the risk of IUD displacement, shifting, or even expulsion. In addition, steaming can sometimes alter the vaginal environment, which may increase the chance of irritation or infection in individuals with an IUD in place.

For your safety, we advise against steaming with an IUD. If pelvic wellness is a goal for you, we are happy to recommend alternative holistic therapies that are safe and supportive.

No — vaginal steaming is not recommended during menstruation. The heat and increased circulation from steaming can intensify bleeding and cramping, and in some cases may contribute to dizziness or discomfort. Steaming during this time may also disrupt the body’s natural cleansing process. For safety and comfort, it’s best to schedule your steam after your period has fully ended.
